We offer Fellow to make it easy to get a male fertility assessment from the comfort of home.

Fellow's convenient kit allows you to collect a semen sample in the privacy and comfort of home. The test costs $199, and your results will be sent directly to you and our practice.

Fellow will provide an itemized receipt that you may submit for insurance reimbursement, if you choose. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. If you have fertility benefits through Progyny or Maven, the kit is covered for eligible members. Your kit will arrive within 3–4 business days of ordering, and you will receive tracking information once it ships.
